Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a site visit?
No. The first visit and quote are free. If you go ahead with a full design, the design fee is credited against the build.
How long does a typical backyard take?
Most backyards take one to three weeks to build, depending on walls, paving and access. You get a timeline with your quote.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes: a new lawn, a garden bed or a few days of tidying. For ongoing care we offer fortnightly or monthly maintenance visits.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a NSW contractor licence and public liability insurance, and we're happy to send you copies before work starts.
